KONFIGURASI FTP SERVER :
1. [root@coba root]# mcedit /etc/vsftpd/vsftpd.conf
anonymous_enable = NO
ftpd_banner = Welcome to blah FTP service
pam_service_name = vsftpd
userlist_enable = YES
userlist_deny = NO
listen = YES
tcp_wrappers = YES


2. [root@coba root]# useradd dinah
[root@coba root]# passwd dinah masukkan password = ……………
3. [root@coba root]# mkdir /home/dinah/public_html
4. [root@coba root]# chmod 777 /home/dinah/public_html
5. # cp /var/www/error/index.html /home/dinah/public_html/coba.doc
6. # cp /var/www/error/index.html /home/dinah/public_html/coba.xls
7. # cp /var/www/error/index.html /home/dinah/public_html/coba.ppt
8. # cp /var/www/error/index.html /home/dinah/public_html/coba.jpg
9. [root@coba root]# /etc/init.d/vsftpd restart
10. Buka browser ftp://www.smkannor-2009.sch.id/ apa yang terjadi
Silahkan masuk dengan user yang anda buat






SAMBA KONFIGURASI REDHAT 9.0
1. My computer – propesties – Computer name – change – Workgroup
2. [root@coba root]# mcedit /etc/samba/smb.conf
a. Ganti nama Workgroup = Mygroup menjadi UJIKOM
b. Isi baris yang ada di bawahnya
3. [root@coba root]# mkdir /home/samba
[root@coba root]# mkdir /home/samba/netlogon
[root@coba root]# mkdir /home/samba/profiles
4. [root@coba home]# cd /home/samba/profiles
[root@coba profiles]# useradd buyung
[root@coba profiles]# chown buyung buyung/
5. Test hasil [root@coba profiles]# smbadduser

1) Updates /etc/samba/smbpasswd
2) Updates /etc/samba/smbusers
3) Executes smbpasswd for each new user
smbadduser unixid:ntid unixid:ntid ...

9. [root@coba root]# chmod 777 /home/buyung
